Cathedral Statue 12/4/25

Below is a photo I took at the Barcelona Cathedral while I was there last summer. I was intrigued with this statue, especially because she looks a lot like one of my best friends. I think the energy from the statue seems very kind and motherly as well. There were so many statues and paintings in the cathedral, I was in complete awe. My family spent hours looking at all the art. I was especially thinking about how crazy it is that all of this amazing and detailed art was created so many years ago. It’s one thing to see pictures of classic work made many years ago, but seeing it in person evokes different emotions and thoughts. Overall, this trip to the cathedral was an incredible and eye opening experience.
